What kind of shops do you work with?
We work with independent retailers — physical shops, online shops, and those operating in both spaces. Our services suit anyone from a neighbourhood tienda in Barranquilla to a multi-category boutique preparing to expand.
How long does a Shopfront Read take?
We typically spend one half-day walking through the shop or digital shop with you, then a few days writing the summary. The follow-up call is usually scheduled within a week of delivery.
Do I need to change everything right away?
Not at all. We share a prioritized list and you decide what to act on first. Some changes take an afternoon; others are worth spacing over several months. We do not expect you to move faster than is sensible.
What does the Retail Companion service include between sessions?
Between monthly sessions, you can reach us with short questions by message. We also maintain a shared checklist that tracks what we have discussed and what is still pending, so nothing gets forgotten.
How is the Commerce Study different from the other services?
The Commerce Study is a deeper four-week assessment designed for shops that are stable and ready to grow. It looks into your numbers more carefully — sales data, inventory turns, margins — and includes a session with your team.
Are the prices negotiable?
